When you set up a "Build Your Own Team" project, you can select individual talent members and invite them to review your project's brief and learn if they're interested in the project. To do this, go to "Manage Projects" from your profile dashboard page.

Then search for the project you want to invite talent candidates to view.

Click the "Select Talent" link in the purple button and you will see the talent pool of candidates who match the role requirements you have defined for the project. Look through the list of individuals and click the "Invite to Project" button for the candidate you would like to have review your project.
