NOTE: In order to use a Google Doc in Writable, the teacher will have to include this in the assignment. Teachers: see this article for instructions on how you can embed a Google Doc in your assignment.
This feature is not recommended for students using iPads.
If a Google Doc has been added to the assignment, students will see the doc when they log in to Writable and click to begin their assignment.
Students will click inside the Google Doc to type. They can access the toolbar to use Google's built-in tools such as voice-to-text, word count, and more.
Students can use the Google Doc in fullscreen by clicking the opposing arrows as shown.
To return to the assignment, they can click 'Check & Submit'.
