Students will see their Google Doc when they open the assignment.
💡 Tips!
Click inside the Google Doc to type. They can access the toolbar to use Google's built-in tools such as voice-to-text, word count, and more.
Students can use the Google Doc in fullscreen by clicking the opposing arrows as shown below.
To return to the assignment, they can click 'Check & Submit'.
Where can students find their GDoc in Google Drive?
Google Docs created in a Writable Assignment will be titled "Writable - ASSIGNMENT TITLE". Students can easily search by keyword "Writable" to locate the docs.
❗ Note: Students should never delete a Google Doc created in a Writable assignment. This will cause them to lose their writing in the assignment.
