Why won't my Google Classes import?

Follow these steps if you are receiving an error when trying to import your Google Classroom classes

If you are receiving an error message when trying to import your Google Classroom rosters on Writable, please follow these troubleshooting steps to log in with your Google account and re-authenticate your connection.

1. Log out of your Writable account by clicking the profile icon in the top right corner and then selecting 'Logout'.

2. Then type in app.writable.com in a new browser tab or window. Click 'I’m a teacher' and then 'Sign in with Google' to log back into your Writable account.

Note: Do not go back to Ed, Canvas, or Schoology to log into Writable - please be sure to navigate directly to app.writable.com to ensure you are logging in with your Google account credentials.

3. Go back to the 'Classes' page at the top of the screen and click 'Import Google Classes'. You should then be able to see your class list for import.
