Writable's AI tools immediately begin working on AI feedback when students submit writing, but this can be impacted by the volume of requests. If you notice a significant delay in your AI Suggested Comments and Draft Scores, we recommend trying these troubleshooting steps:
1. From the assignment dashboard, click on the 'Guide/Grade' screen.
2. Click on 'Request AI Feedback' to send a prioritized request for AI feedback.
Note: If you do not see the option to request AI feedback then all students who have writing should have AI feedback loaded.
3. Looking for feedback on specific student's writing? Scroll down to their writing and then click 'Request Feedback'.
If you have clicked the 'Request Feedback' option for your assignment and still do not see feedback within a reasonable time please reach out to our team in the live support chat. Please include additional details: the title of your assignment, class, students' names (if applicable), and when you last manually requested feedback.
