Introducing Your New Artist Landing Page

Your WXLLSPACE artist landing page is your digital storefront, designed to make a powerful first impression. We're excited to share the enhancements in WXLLSPACE Version 4, built to help you showcase your talent effectively.

Featured Artist Image: Make a Strong First Impression

Highlight your best work with a prominent featured artist image at the top of your landing page. This is your opportunity to captivate visitors instantly with your most compelling piece.

Quick Biography Section & Art Styles Display

Share your unique story and artistic approach. Directly below your featured image, a dedicated section allows for a quick biography and a clear display of the art styles you specialize in, giving potential clients an immediate understanding of your work.

Studio Location Map: Facilitate Local Connections

A new map feature showcases your studio location. This is particularly valuable for real estate operators or developers seeking local artists, adding a personal touch and fostering local project opportunities.

Improved Portfolio Slider: Showcase Your Art in Full Size

Moving from a traditional grid, the new portfolio slider allows visitors to view your artwork in full-size images directly on the screen. This enhancement ensures your art is displayed beautifully and appreciated in detail.

Enhanced Photo Capabilities (Up to 32 photos, titles, addresses)

You can now add up to 32 photos to your artist profile, providing ample space to showcase a diverse range of your work. Additionally, each photo can have its own title and address, offering more context and storytelling behind each piece.

Best Practices for Maintaining an Impressive Profile

Recommended Review Schedule To keep your profile fresh and accurate, we recommend reviewing it:

  • After completing each new mural project: Add new high-quality images to your portfolio.

  • At least quarterly: Ensure all your contact information, bio, and service areas are current.

  • Whenever you change location, contact details, or primary artistic focus.

  • Annually: Give your artist statement and overall presentation a comprehensive review and refresh if needed.

Tips for Profile Optimization

  • Portfolio Images: Prioritize high-resolution images of your best and most recent work. Include a variety of projects if possible.

  • Artist Statement: Let your personality and passion shine through. Keep it concise but informative.

  • Availability Status: If the platform offers an availability feature, keep it updated regarding your schedule for new commissions.

  • Price Range (if applicable): If your profile has a field for typical project price ranges, ensure it reflects your current rates.

  • Testimonials: If there's an option, request and add testimonials from satisfied clients.

Profile Setup FAQ

Which fields are mandatory for a complete profile? The mandatory fields typically include your artist name, full legal name, email, phone number, a profile image, a feature image, at least three portfolio images, your studio location, an artist statement/bio, and at least one selected art style category. These are essential for evaluation by property owners.

How often should I review my profile information? Review your profile at least quarterly. However, update your portfolio with new projects as soon as they are completed and immediately update any changes to your contact information, location, or availability.

How does the profile completion indicator work? The profile completion indicator on your artist dashboard visually shows your progress. It highlights mandatory fields that are missing (often in red) and may suggest other recommended fields (often in yellow) to strengthen your profile.
