If you’ve received an email that says “WXLLSPACE wants to send you money via Mercury,” this guide will show you exactly what to do.
Step 1: Open the Email
You’ll get an email that says “WXLLSPACE wants to send you money via Mercury.”
Click the button in the email. It will take you to a secure page to enter your payment information.
Step 2: Stay on the Page
Once the page opens, do not leave or refresh it. Stay on that page.
Step 3: Choose How to Get Paid
You have two options to enter your bank information:
ACH
Domestic Wire
International Wire
Check
Option 1: Link Your Bank Automatically
Click “Link Bank Account”
Enter your phone number
Connect your bank using Plaid (a secure tool)
Option 2: Enter Your Bank Info Manually
Enter your name or business name
Enter your routing number
Enter your account number
Select the account type (business checking or business savings)
Enter your business address
Step 4: Optional - Upload Your W-9
There is an option to upload a W-9 tax form. This is optional.
Step 5: Submit Your Information
Once all the required fields are filled in, the “Submit Details” button will become clickable.
Click it to finish.
Important Reminders
Do not open a new bank account just for this
Do not select “check” as a payment option—we do not send checks
Only use ACH, domestic wire, or international wire

This process is secure. WXLLSPACE does not see your bank information. We only receive a confirmation from Mercury once your information has been submitted successfully.
