We're sorry to see you go. When you're ready to delete your Xano account, please complete the following:
1) Make sure to export any data you'd like to keep.
2) Cancel any paid subscriptions
This can be done from your Billing screen.
3) Reach out to Support
We'll ask for some feedback on why Xano wasn't a good fit for you and proceed with account deletion.
Please note that once deletion has been processed, all of your data is irrecoverable. If you are just paused on your project and may want to return, we can move you to a special Hiatus plan allowing you to retain your data in Xano. Reach out to Support for more information.
