Login Verification for Your Account

How our new security check works

Updated over a week ago

Overview

We’ve rolled out a new feature to help keep your account safe: Two-factor authentication (2FA)

This just means that in certain cases, there will be an additional step to make sure it is really you logging into your account.

A verification step is required in the following situations:

  • Every 7 days

  • When you are logging in from a new location that we don’t recognize as normal for your account

In either case, the verification is simple –  you'll just enter a code we email to you into the window that looks like this:

Where is the code sent?

The 6-digit code is sent to the email address that is associated with your Xperiencify course creator account.

If an Additional Admin is logging in using their unique magic link, then the code will be sent to their email address.

Finding your verification code

When a verification code is sent, it usually arrives within a few seconds. If you don’t see it right away, please check the following:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
Verification emails are sometimes filtered, especially the first time.

  • Use “Resend code” if needed
You can request a new code at any time if the previous one has expired or is hard to locate.

If you’ve checked spam, confirmed the email address, and still don’t see the code, please reach out to support@xperiencify.com and the team will assist.
