How to Create Your Course
Before you start, make sure the videos you want to use have already been uploaded to your Media Gallery.
Step 1: Open your Media Gallery
Login to your Admin account, and navigate to the Media Gallery:
Step 2: Click "Videos" at the top of the page
Once you've done this, you'll see the checkboxes appear next to your videos:
Choose the training videos you want the AI Course Builder to use.
The AI will use these selected videos to create your course content plan, action steps, worksheets, and emails.
Step 3: Start the AI Course Builder
Once your videos are selected, choose the option to create a course using the selected videos.
Step 4: Drag the Videos into the Correct Order
Step 5: Name your course and select your language
Enter the name of the course you want to create and select the language you want the AI Course Builder to use when generating your course materials.
Step 6: Generate your course
Once your videos, course name, and language are selected, Click Create Course.
You'll see a "Success" message and receive an email as soon as the course is built.
