KYC Verification Issues and How to Resolve Them

Completing your KYC verification is an essential step at Xpert Funding to ensure the security and authenticity of every trader on our platform.

If your KYC was declined or returned for review, it usually means that one or more submitted documents didn’t meet our verification standards.
Below are the most common reasons for KYC declines and how to fix them quickly.

KYC Declined Due to Unsupported or Invalid Documents

If your KYC was declined because your documents were unsupported, unclear, or expired, it means they couldn’t be verified by our compliance team.

To resolve this issue, please ensure the following:

  • Your document type is on our list of accepted forms of ID or proof of address (passport, ID card, driver’s license, or recent utility bill).

  • The images or scans are clear, in color, and not cropped or blurred.

  • Documents must be valid and not expired.

  • The details on your documents (name, address, birth date) must match the information on your Xpert Funding account.

Once corrected, you can resubmit your KYC directly from your dashboard under Settings → Verify Identity.

💡 Tip: Avoid using screenshots or photos of screens. Always upload the original document images in a well-lit setting.

KYC Declined Due to Duplicate Accounts

At Xpert Funding, only one verified account is allowed per individual.
If our compliance system detects multiple accounts using the same personal details, identity documents, or payment credentials, your verification will be declined automatically.

To resolve this issue:

  1. Use only the email address associated with your verified account.

  2. If you’ve accidentally created more than one account, contact Xpert Support to merge or deactivate duplicates before resubmitting your KYC.

  3. Ensure all future purchases, evaluations, or payouts are made under your primary verified account.

⚠️ Attempting to verify multiple accounts under the same identity may lead to permanent suspension of all associated profiles.
