Our payout system is designed for simplicity: once you request a payout, we manually verify your account and send your funds directly via cryptocurrency.
When Can I Request a Payout?
You can request a payout once your Funded (Simulated) Account has:
Reached the minimum profit requirement defined by your program,
Completed the required minimum trading days, and
Has no open or pending trades.
Once these conditions are met, you can request your payout directly through your Xpert Dashboard under the “Rewards” section.
💡 Always double-check that your account complies with all active trading rules (drawdowns, margin, risk per trade, etc.) before submitting your request.
Processing Time
The payout timeframe depends on the account type you’re trading:

All payouts undergo a manual verification review by our risk team before being approved.This ensures your trading activity fully complies with Xpert Funding’s standards for fairness and rule adherence.
Cryptocurrency Payouts
Crypto payouts are ideal for traders seeking instant global access to their funds.
You can withdraw up to $1,000 USD equivalent in cryptocurrency per payout request.
Supported options include USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL, MATIC, TRX, BCH, and other major cryptocurrencies.
⚠️ If liquidity for your chosen currency is limited, our payout team reserves the right to request an alternative coin or network to ensure smooth delivery.
Networks supported: ERC20, TRC20, Polygon (depending on currency).
Before submitting your payout:
Double-check your wallet address and network (sending to the wrong network will result in permanent loss).
Ensure your wallet can receive the selected crypto type.
💡 Crypto payouts are typically faster but may be delayed during high blockchain congestion.
Rise Payouts
For traders requesting above $1,000 or preferring a regulated withdrawal option, payouts are processed through our partner Rise a trusted financial gateway for prop firms.
Rise allows you to receive funds via:
Bank transfer (where supported)
Crypto (in higher-value payouts)
To receive your payout through Rise, you’ll first complete a one-time KYC verification upon your first payout request.
💡 Your Rise email must match your Xpert Funding account email to prevent processing delays.
Verification Before Release
Every payout undergoes manual verification to ensure:
The trading period followed all Xpert Funding rules.
There was no news, hedging, or copy-trade violation.
The profit generated was legitimate and consistent.
Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with full payout details, including the transaction ID or Rise confirmation receipt.
Important Notes
Xpert Funding does not support third-party payouts. Payouts are only sent to the wallet or Rise account linked to the trader’s verified email.
Blockchain network fees and conversion costs (USD → crypto) are automatically deducted.
Once a payout has been processed, it cannot be reversed or modified.
Rise users must complete full KYC verification before their first withdrawal.
If Your Payout Is Delayed
If your payout hasn’t been received after the expected timeframe (14 days for challenges, 30 days for instant accounts), please contact Xpert Funding Support through your dashboard or via email.
Include your account ID and payout request date, and our team will manually review your transaction.
