What Is Rise and Why Do We Use It?
Rise is a regulated payment processor built specifically for performance-based businesses like prop firms. It acts as the bridge between Xpert Funding and our traders, ensuring that all payouts are handled under full compliance with financial regulations and anti-fraud procedures.
By using Rise, Xpert Funding can:
Guarantee secure and compliant withdrawals for all traders
Offer bank and crypto options for higher payout flexibility
Protect traders with strong KYC and identity verification
Provide access to payout history, invoices, and tax documentation
💡 Rise is used for payouts above $1,000 or for traders who prefer regulated, verified withdrawals instead of direct crypto payments.
How to Get Started with Rise
Once your payout is approved by the Xpert Funding team, you’ll receive an invitation email from Rise with a private onboarding link.
Follow these steps to set up your account:
Open the invitation email sent from Rise and click “Get Started.”
Sign up using your real name and the same email you use for your Xpert Funding account. ⚠️ Using a different email will delay or block your payout.
Select “Receive Payments” as your account type during registration.
Complete the Rise KYC process, which includes uploading your ID and a quick selfie for identity verification.
Sign the Rise Agreement confirming your payout relationship with Xpert Funding.
Once verified, your payout will automatically appear in your Rise account within the expected timeframe (14 days for Challenges, 30 days for Instant Funding accounts).
KYC Verification on Rise
KYC (Know Your Customer) is mandatory before your first Rise payout can be completed.
You’ll be asked to upload:
A valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or residence card)
A selfie for verification
In some cases, proof of address
The verification is handled directly by Rise and typically takes a few hours. Manual reviews may take up to one business day.

How Rise and Direct Crypto Payouts Work Together
At Xpert Funding, smaller payouts (up to $1,000) are handled directly via crypto from our system, while larger payouts are processed through Rise. This ensures faster access for smaller traders and secure, compliant handling for larger transactions.
Supported cryptocurrencies include:
USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, MATIC, TRX, LTC, BCH, and more.
⚠️ In rare cases where the supply for your requested crypto is limited, the Xpert Funding team may request you to select another currency to ensure smooth processing.
Confirmation & Access
Once your payout is released, you’ll receive:
An email confirmation from Xpert Funding including your payout ID and amount.
A notification from Rise confirming your funds are available.
You can then access your payout directly through your Rise dashboard, convert it, or withdraw it to your preferred destination.
Important Reminders
Rise onboarding is required only once future payouts will go directly to your linked account.
You can’t change your Rise email once linked to your Xpert Funding profile.
Bank transfer availability varies by country; if unsupported, your payout will default to crypto.
Never share your Rise login or security recovery code with anyone.
