How to Cancel or Downgrade Your xTiles Subscription

You can cancel your xTiles subscription at any time. The process depends on how you originally purchased your subscription, so it’s important to check whether you subscribed via the xTiles website, the Apple App Store, or Google Play.


​If you subscribed directly on the xTiles website, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Account Settings → Plans.

  2. Under the Free Plan, select Downgrade.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process and submit the cancellation form.


Once you’ve completed these steps, your current subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. After that, your account will automatically switch to the Free plan. All your content will remain safe, but some premium features will no longer be available.


Cancel subscription from Apple

If you purchased your subscription through an Apple device, your subscription is managed directly by Apple. To cancel it, you will need to do so through your Apple ID:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Tap your name at the top to access Apple ID settings.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Select xTiles from the list.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.

After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. The Free plan will activate automatically once the paid subscription expires.

If you don’t see xTiles in your Apple subscriptions:

  • Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription.

  • Check whether the subscription might have been purchased directly on the xTiles website instead.

  • If you’re still unsure, contact our support team, and we can help you locate and manage your subscription.
