Setting Up Your xTiles Account

To open Account Settings, click your account icon in the top-right corner of the app.
A pop-up window will appear with all available options.

Your Account Settings page lets you manage personal details, billing, team members, and integrations — everything related to your xTiles profile.


Profile

Edit your name and profile picture here.

You can also view your account email address.
To change your email, please contact our support team at support@xtiles.app

You can also change your password directly in this tab.
At the bottom of the window, you’ll find a link to delete your account.

Important: Once deleted, your account and all associated data cannot be restored.


Billing

Check your current plan.

View and manage your payment method and invoices, and see your next payment date or upcoming invoice.
You can also review your billing history and download invoices for your records.

Tip: If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, billing is managed directly through those platforms.


Plans

View all available plans — Free, Plus, or Family — and their features.

In the top-left corner, you can switch between monthly and yearly billing periods.
In the top-right corner, you can compare Team and Personal plans.

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.

Note: Your current subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. After it expires, your account will automatically switch to the Free plan.


My Team

Invite new members, assign roles, or remove existing users.
You can manage teammates, workspace members, and guests from this section.


Notifications

Enable or disable desktop notifications to stay updated on tasks and reminders.
You can find setup instructions for Windows and macOS in the related article.


Integrations

Connect xTiles with external tools such as:


Language & Region

Choose your preferred language, date format, time format, and start of week setting.

  • Available languages: English, Ukrainian, Spanish (Latin American), Portuguese (Brazilian), French, German, Polish.

    If you’d like to see another language added or notice translation issues, please contact our support team at support@xtiles.app

  • Date format – applies to all date displays in collections and task due dates (may not affect external widgets).

  • Time format – applies to all time displays across the app (may not affect external widgets).

  • Start of week – choose between Sunday or Monday.

Note: The Start of the week setting applies only to Calendar views, not to My Planner page
