How to apply a promocode

A promo code is a special code that gives you a discount on your xTiles purchase. Promo codes may be offered during promotions, special events, or through email campaigns.

Steps to Apply a Promo Code

  1. Go to the plan your promo code is valid for and click Upgrade.

  2. At checkout, locate the Order Summary section and click it to expand the promo code field.

  3. Enter Your Code: Type or paste your promo code into the field.

  4. Apply the Code: Click "Apply". You should see the updated price immediately.

What if I get error "The promo code you entered is invalid"?

If you get the error “The promo code you entered is invalid,” it usually means that the code is being applied to a plan it doesn’t match or that the promo code has expired. Double-check that you’re using the code on the correct plan and that it’s still valid. If it still doesn’t work, contact xTiles Support for help.

Does XTiles offer promo codes for students and teachers?

Yes! XTiles provides a 50% discount promo code for students and educators on their first XTiles or XTiles Plus subscription.

  1. Students:

    • If you selected Student as your role, the promo code is automatically applied on the Annual Plan.

    • If you selected a different role and don’t see the promo code, please submit Student Form to verify your student or campus leader status.

  2. Educators/Teachers:

    • Contact us at support@xtiles.app and provide a document confirming your educator status.

    • Once we review and verify your information, we’ll share your promo code.
