Adding an email template for Activity Feed emails

Updated over 4 months ago

The Activity Feed is a customer relationship management tool that allows you to add notes, tasks, activity logs, files, tours, and events to different records in Kube. You can also use the Activity Feed to send an email to a member, lead, or contact.

When you send an email from the Activity Feed, you can use existing custom email templates, or you can enter your own text into the email body field. This article discusses adding an email template to use when sending Activity Feed emails. For more information about sending Activity Feed emails, see Sending an email from the Activity Feed.

This article is part of the Kube system setup flow. For more information, see Kube setup checklist.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
