When creating and customizing email templates, you can insert tokens, or fields that pull in specific and customized data. Below is a list of all email tokens and the information they pull into email templates.
To add a token to an email template, click the Insert Data Field drop-down menu and select the token you want to add.

Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Not all tokens listed here may be available based on your subscription level.

Kube formats dates based on the email recipient's culture setting (member and internal user).
CAUTION: Do not copy one token from one email template to another. Doing so can cause information not to populate or the email not to be sent. Only select tokens from the Insert Data Field dropdown in the respective template.

[Account Number] | Inserts the last four digits of a bank account number from a BACS or SEPA submission. |
[Add To Calendar] | Inserts links for Google Calendar, Outlook Web Calendar, and Outlook App Calendar. |
[Amenity Name] | Name of the amenity the lead who filled out the Inquire form in the Prospect Portal is interested in. |
[Approver Notes] | Inserts the notes submitted on a contract approval request. |
[Approval Requested User] | Internal user who created a contract that requires contract approval. |
[Assigned To] | Internal user assigned to the tour. |
[Attendees] | Names of those in the tour's Attendees field. |
[Billing Recipients] | For use in Custom email templates, this token is used in the To, CC, and BCC fields to send to all company billing contacts. |
[Booking ID] | Booking reference number from booking confirmation. |
[Booking Notes] | Notes from the Notes field in a booking. |
[Booking Title] | Name of the booking that was updated. |
[Check In Date] | Booking check-in date. |
[Check In Time] | Booking check-in time. |
[Check Out Date] | Booking check-out date. |
[Check Out Time] | Booking check-out time. |
[Comments] | Comments included in the record. |
[Company Name] | Company name. |
[Contact Name from Contract] | Member or lead who is the contact for contract. |
[Contact Name from Contract Email] | Member name that the contract is assigned to. |
[Contract Approval Status] | Status of the contract approval request.

[Contract Approver] | Internal user who receives requests for contract approvals. |
[Contract Assignee Email] | Email address of the person designated to the contract. |
[Contract Auto Renew] | Whether a contract's Auto Renew setting is on or off. |
[Contract Company Name] | Company the contract is assigned to. |
[Contract Creator] | Name of the internal user who created the contract. |
[Contract Expected Move Out] | Projected end date of a contract. |
[Contract Link] | Links to the contract the Move Out Communication Form was completed for. |
[Contract Made By] | Name of the internal user who created the contract. |
[Contract Move-In Date] | Date the contract is set to move-in. |
[Contract Move-Out Date] | Date the contract is set to move-out. |
[Contract Name] | Name of the contract. |
[Contract Name/Contract Date] | Name and date of the contract. |
[Contract NTV Date] | Date set for the NTV on a contract. |
[Contract NTV Deadline] | Date of the contract's NTV deadline. |
[Contract Property] | Property the contract is being made for. |
[Contract Signatory] | Name of the person set as the signatory for the contract. If there are multiple signatories, each receives their own email. |
[Contract Sources] | Marketing sources of the contract. |
[Contract Space] | Space included in the contract. |
[Contract Space Area] | Square footage of the space(s) included in the contract. |
[Contract Stage] | Stage that the contract needs approval for (can be activated contract, discarded contract, or terminated). |
[Contract Total] | Total value of the contract. |
[Contract Type] | Classification of the contract (can be new, renewal, contraction, or expansion). |
[Credit Note Amount] | Total credit note value. |
[Credit Note ID] | (International) Credit Note ID number. |
[Credit Note Number] | (International) Credit Note number. |
[Discussion Name] | Name of the discussion. |
[Event Address] | Address of the event added by the operator. |
[Event Description] | Description of the event added by the operator. |
[Event Duration] | Time that the event starts and ends.
NOTE: The [Event Duration] token includes the date and time for both one-day events (Date: 1/15/2019, Time: 12:00 PM To 9:00 PM) or for multi-day events (STARTS ON: 1/15/2019 9:25:00 AM, ENDS ON: 1/16/2019 1:00:00 PM). |
[Event Image] | Image added by the operator when creating an event. |
[Event Name] | Name of the event. |
[Event Property] | Property the event is located at. |
[Event Spaces] | Spaces associated with the event. |

[File List] | Inserts the name of the file(s) attached to a booking by a member. |
[Floor Name] | Inserts the name of the floor a space is on from a booking. |
[IBAN] | Found in the SEPA billing email templates, this token inserts the International Bank Account Number (IBAN). |
[Included Amenities] | Free amenities automatically included in the booking.
NOTE: The [Ordered Amenities] token lists amenities with a dollar value ($0 and above) that the member manually added to the booking. |
[Internal User Email Signature] | Inserts the sending internal users signature. For more information about internal user email signatures see, Updating your user profile. |
[Internal User First Name] | First name of internal user. |
[Internal User Last Name] | Last name of internal user. |
[Internal User Name] | Full name of internal user. |
[Invoice Amount] | Total amount due on the invoice. |
[Invoice Due Date] | Due date on the invoice. |
[Invoice ID] | Invoice ID. |
[Invoice Logo] | Property invoice logo. |
[Invoice Number] | Invoice number. |
[Invoice PDF Link] | Inserts a link that allows the email recipient to download a PDF version of their invoice. |
[Lead Converted to Member Date] | Date lead became a member. |
[Lead Email] | Lead's email address. |
[Lead Link] | Link that will open up the new Lead record in Kube. |
[Lead Name] | Name of the Lead. |
[Lead Phone Number] | Lead's phone number. |
[Lead Workflow Results] | Results of a Lead Workflow that has run. |
[Login URL] | Link that redirects member to the member portal login screen. |
[Member Email] | Member’s email address. |

[Move In Date] | For use in MIMO emails, this token inserts the date a company is set to move into a space. |

[Move Out Date] | For use in MIMO emails, this token inserts the date a company is set to move out of a space. |
[Move Out Time] | For use in MIMO emails, this token inserts the time a company is set to move out of a space. |
[Move Out Communication Form Link] | Links to the Move Out Communication HTML form that the signatory reviews and electronically signs.

[MRR Adjustment] | Displays the adjusted MRR of a contract when approval is requested. |
[New Membership] | Inserts the name of the membership a member upgraded to. |
[Next Payment Attempt Date] | Date that Kube automatically attempts to collect payment.

[Note Status - Capitalized] | Inserts a capitalized Added or Edited so that it can be used in a sentence. |
[Note Status - Lower Case] | Inserts a lower case added or edited so that it can be used in a sentence. |
[Notes to Approver] | Inserts the notes submitted on a contract approval request. |
[Old Membership] | Inserts the name of the membership a member upgraded from. |
[Operator Address] | Operator’s mailing address. |
[Operator Email] | Contact email address for operator. |
[Operator Logo] | Inserts the image of the operator's logo. |
[Operator Name] | Name of the operator. |
[Operator Name from Discussion] | Name of the internal user who is following discussion. |
[Operator Phone] | Operator phone number. |
[Order Date] | Date the order was created. |
[Order ID] | Order identification number. |
[Ordered Amenities] | Amenities with a dollar value ($0 and above) that the member manually added to booking.
NOTE: The [Included Amenities] token lists free amenities automatically included in the booking. |
[Outstanding Balance] | Inserts the total outstanding balance a company owes. |
[Package Name] | Name of the package the lead who filled out the Inquire form in the Prospect Portal is interested in. |
[Password Reset URL] | Link that redirects member to reset password. |
[Payment Amount] | Amount of the payment. |
[Payment Amount + Svc Fee] | Amount of the payment and applicable service fee incurred from an electronic payment. |
[Payment Attempt] | 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th attempt to automatically collect payment, depending on the attempt the email is being sent out for.
NOTE: The payment attempt is taken from the Payments scheduled task. |
[Payment Failure Message] | Reason the payment could not be completed.

[Payment ID] | Payment identification number from a successful payment. |
[Payment Method] | Company's default payment method. |
[Primary Contact Email] | Primary contact's email address. |
[Primary Contact Name] | Company’s primary contact. |
[Property Primary Contact Name] | Property’s primary contact. |
[Property Address] | Address of the property the email is sent from. |
[Property Email] | Contact email address for property. |
[Property Logo] | Property logo for the property the email is sent from. |
[Property Name] | Name of the property the email is sent from. |
[Property Phone] | Phone number of the property the email is sent from. |
[Reason For Approval] | Displays the contract information that triggered the contract approval.

[Recurring Notes] | Details related to a recurring booking when applicable. |
[Refund Form Link] | Link to the Move Out Refund HTML form that the signatory reviews and electronically signs.

[RSVP Selection] | Member’s RSVP selection. |
[Service Fee] | Displays applicable service fees incurred from an electronic payment. |
[Signatory] | Name of the person set as the signatory for the refund form. If there are multiple signatories, each receives their own email. |
[Soft Descriptor] | Found in the BACS/SEPA billing email templates, this token inserts the description that will appear on a company's bank statement for all future transactions from Kube. |
[Sort Code] | Found in the BACS billing email template, this token inserts the sort code number which identifies the bank and branch of a bank account added to a company. |
[Source Major] | Source major that was selected. |
[Source Minor] | Source minor that was selected. |
[Space Image] | Primary space image. |
[Space Move In] | For use in MIMO emails, this token inserts the name of the space being moved into. |
[Space Move Out] | For use in MIMO emails, this token inserts the name of the space being moved out of. |
[Space Name] | Name of the space included in the booking or the Inquire form from the Prospect Portal. |
[Space Type] | Space type of the space included in the booking. |
[Support Ticket Category] | Category of the support ticket. |
[Support Ticket ID] | Support ticket identification number. |
[Support Ticket Message] | Member's message from the support ticket. |
[Support Ticket Priority] | Support ticket priority category. |
[Support Ticket Property] | Property where support ticket issue occurred. |
[Support Ticket Reply] | Most recent member reply to the support ticket. |
[Support Ticket Subject] | Support ticket subject line. |
[Swift Code] | Found in the SEPA billing email templates, this token inserts the code issued by Swift that was provided to add the bank account to the company. |
[Total Company Hours/Credits] | The total of a companies hours. |
[Total Member Hours/Credits] | The total of a members hours. |
[Total Monthly Cost] | Total monthly value of a contract. |
[Tour End Date and Time] | Date and time the tour ends. |
[Tour Start Date and Time] | Date and time the tour starts. |
[Universal Check In Date] | Inserts the check in date in the universal format YYYY-MM-DD. |
[Universal Check Out Date] | Inserts the check out date in the universal format YYYY-MM-DD. |
[User Email] | Email address of the prospect, lead, or member. |
[Username] | User's email address. |
[User Name] | Prospect, member, or lead first and last name. |
