The packages and amenities workflow allows you to create workflows that automatically add an amenity or package to a contract when a user adds a space or membership to the contract. The criteria set in the workflow determine the quantity of the amenity or package that gets added to the contract automatically.
This article describes the steps of adding an amenity and package workflow.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Adding an amenity and package workflow
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings in the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.
Select Workflows in the side menu. The Contract Approvals screen appears. Select the Amenities and Packages tab.
Click the Add button.
NOTE: Only property level workflows are available because amenities are specific to each property. You can only add one workflow per amenity for a property.
Complete the fields. For field descriptions, see the Add Amenities and Packages Requirement Screen Reference at the end of this article.
Click Save.

Amenity | Select an amenity for the workflow. Only amenities that have been set for use in this workflow appear in this list. For more information about this setting, see the General section in Adding a standard amenity. |
Space or Membership | Select if the variable of a space type or a membership type is used to calculate the amenity quantity. |
Type | Select the space type or membership type that Kube should check for in the contract when determining if an amenity or package should be added. For more information about adding space and membership types, see Adding a space type and Adding a membership type. |
Variable | The variables that appear for selection change based on your selection of Space or Membership. These variables are used to create the formula in the next field. |
Formula | Calculates the quantity of the amenity or package that is added to the contract when Kube finds a match on the Type field.
Example: If you enter [Space Capacity] * 5 and the space on the contract has a capacity of 50, then Kube adds 250 of the amenity to the contract. |
TIP: You can enter multiple criteria per workflow for an amenity. If Kube makes multiple matches of the criteria in a contract, Kube sums the total from each matched formula and adds that quantity to the contract.
