Uploading key documents

Updated over 3 months ago

Key documents are essential documents your organization uses for reference purposes. You can centrally manage these documents by uploading them to each of your properties. Additionally, you can individually select which documents appear for members in their Member Portal under the Building Info tile and when a member views a property's information.

NOTE: The Building Info menu tile is hidden by default. For documents to appear in this centralized menu, the tile must first be enabled in the side Main Menu or the Homepage Tiles menu. For more information, see Customizing the member portal menus.

This article is part of the Kube property setup flow. For more information, see Kube setup checklist.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

To upload key documents

  1. Select Properties in the top menu.

  2. Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.

  3. Select Setup in the side menu. The Property Essentials screen appears.

  4. Select the Key Documents tab.

  5. Click Add.

    1. Click the file uploader to select a document to upload, or click and drag documents onto the uploader.

  6. Kube automatically saves the files. The files appear in the grid.

    1. Click the edit button to change the name of the file or have the file appear in the Member Portal. Click Save after making changes.

    2. Click the download button to save a copy of the file to your device.

    3. Click the delete button to remove the file from Kube. This action cannot be undone.

TIP: The next step in the Kube property setup process is to update the property's hours of operation. For more information, see Updating property hours of operation.
