After you add a space, you can add space images that your internal users, members, and prospects can see on the space inventory screens and that prospects see on Yardi Internet Listing Services (ILS), should you be subscribed to Yardi ILS. For more information, see Bookings menu screen overview.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To add and edit space images
Select Spaces in the top menu and then List from the drop down.
Locate the space in the grid and click the space's name. The Space Contracts screen appears.
Select Setup in the side menu and select the Images tab.
To add images, drag image files to the camera icon to upload or click the camera icon to select image files to upload using the file picker.
TIP: You can upload multiple images at a time either by dragging them to the camera icon or by selecting multiple images from the file picker. The recommended image size is 432 x 298 pixels.
Click the star Primary Space Image button to make an image the primary space image. The Primary Space Image button updates to yellow on the primary space image.
NOTE: The primary space image is the only image that displays on the space inventory screens and is the first image that shows on Yardi Internet Listing Service (ILS), should you be subscribed. For more information, see Bookings menu screen overview.
To preview an image, click the image. The image enlarges and shows in the image previewer.
Click the black space around the image to close the image previewer.
To edit image file information, click the green Edit Attributes button on the image.
Complete the fields.
NOTE: Providing a written description of your image in the Alt Text field allows people who use screen readers to hear a description of your image.
Click OK.
To edit an image, click the grey Crop button on the image.
Make adjustments to the image. For more information, see Using the image editor.
Click Save.
To delete an image, click the red Delete button on the image. A confirmation request appears.
Click OK.
