To list your properties and spaces on third-party listing sites that integrate with Google Calendar, you can link them to Google Calendar from Kube. This article describes linking a space to Google Calendar. For more information about how Google Calendar works, see Google Calendar overview.
We recommend using one Google account for each of your properties. In each Google account, you must create a single calendar for each of the property's spaces that you want to connect to Google Calendar. Each calendar's time zone must match the time zone of the property where the space is located. We recommend matching the name of the calendar with the name of the space.
After you connect the space, Kube imports all of the space's Google Calendar bookings into Kube and pushes the space's Kube bookings to Google Calendar. If any overlapping bookings cannot be synced, Kube displays a list of bookings that could not be imported/exported so you can correct the discrepancies.
This article is part of the Kube space setup flow. For more information, see Kube setup checklist.
NOTE: You cannot link a space to Google Calendar until the property is linked to Google Calendar. For more information, see Connecting a property to Google Calendar.
