A 24/7 booking access group is a label you can assign to companies and members to give members 24/7 access to your properties. This article discusses assigning a 24/7 booking access group to a company. For more information about adding an access group, see Adding a 24/7 booking access group.

Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
When you assign a 24/7 booking access group to a company, Kube updates all the company's members' 24/7 booking access groups to the company group.
You can choose the default 24/7 booking access group Kube automatically adds to all new companies. For more information, see Setting default company group options.
24/7 booking access groups do not automatically allow members in the group to book on holidays. For more information, see Setting who can book on holidays.
To assign a 24/7 booking access group to a company
Select Customers in the top menu and select Companies from the drop-down menu.
Locate the company in the grid and click the company's name. The Company Essentials window appears. Click Detailed View.
NOTE: If you have not added the company yet, see Adding a company.
Select Groups & Hours/Credits in the side menu.
Click the Edit button.
In the 24/7 Booking Access Group field, enter the booking discount group name or click the Additional Options button to select it from the list of 24/7 booking access groups.
Click Save.
