The Email Correspondence Report shows information about the automatically-generated emails Kube sends and the manual emails internal users send to members, leads, and contacts from the Activity Feed. You can click on a row in the Correspondence Report to see a read-only display of the sent email. For more information about using reports, see Reports.
NOTE: Kube sends automatic emails for a variety of reasons that include workflows, amenity configuration, and bookings. For more information, see Email template triggers and recipients and Email Workflows.
To view the Email Correspondence Report, select Reports > Operational and select the report from the drop-down menu.
The following graphic shows an example of the Email Correspondence Report screen:
Email ID | ID number associated with the email. |
Property | The property the email originated from. |
Status | Whether the email sent successfully. |
Sent By | Who sent the email. If Kube automatically sent the email, Kube displays System. If an internal user manually sent the email from the Activity Feed, Kube displays the internal user's email address. |
To, CC, and BCC | The recipients of the email. |
Subject | Subject line of the sent email. |
