When a member purchases a door access credential through a contract, you can assign a physical credential (key fob, swipe card, etc.) to the member through the amenity configuration process. If you need to change or remove the member's physical credential once it is assigned, this can be done without amending the contract.
To change or remove a member's physical door access credential
Select Customers in the top menu and select Members from the drop-down menu.
Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Member Essentials window appears. Click Detailed View.
Select Access Control in the side menu.
Click the Edit button next to the credential you want to change.
Click the Edit button.
In the New Credential field, select the new credential you want to assign to the member.
NOTE: Select None if you want to remove the member's physical credential (the member can still unlock doors using the Member Portal app). To remove the amenity from the member completely, amend the contract the amenity is included in and complete the amenity configuration to terminate the amenity. Click Save.
NOTE: Kube deactivates the original physical credential and gives the new credential the same access.
