How the integration works?
Customer registers the return online.
Receives a return label addressed to the designated store.
yayloh generates a return order in Sitoo.
Store staff receives and inspects the return package.
Accepts the return against the return order in Sitoo.
Return status is updated in yayloh as 'inspected ok'.
Automation flows are triggered if configured; otherwise, manually process returns and exchanges as needed.
