Setting up your Postnord account in yayloh

Required credentials for Postnord integration for return shipping label generation.

yayloh has direct integration with Postnord and entirely depends on your Postnord account setup.

To set up a Postnord account in yayloh, send the following information to support@yayloh.com :

  1. Postnord account ID

  2. Service Name

  3. Carrier rules

  4. Example return shipment label

  5. API Key

Note: yayloh can generate Postnord QR codes for Sweden, Denmark and Norway, if the QR codes are activated on y our Postnord account.

Credentials Specification

Postnord account ID: It is numeric. If it is not clear, confirm with your logistician or Postnord.

Service Name: For example: VarubrevRetur.

Carrier rules:

1. Countries where we enable shipping label generation.

2. Countries where we block shipping label generation.

Note- Check the countries listed in your Postnord account set up. yayloh will be able to generate shipping labels only for those countries.

Example return shipment label : Send us one sample label for reference, we will use this to verify the test label that we generate.

API Key: To connect to your Postnord account, you are required to share an activated API key with the yayloh team. Follow the steps below to create one:

  1. Click Log in on the portal.

3. Use your email address and password to log in.

4. Click on Apps from the side pane.

5. Under applications, click on create a new application.

6. Fill in the details for yayloh with a description and submit the request for the API key.

7. Once the page refreshes, the API key will be visible on the screen. Copy the key.

8. Once the API key is activated, share it along with the other credentials to support@yayloh.com.
