yayloh has direct integration with Mondial Relay (MR) and entirely depends on your account setup. We require you to verify the credentials at your end first and confirm that the parameters of your account setup for return shipment label generation are set correctly. The required credentials are described below in more detail.
To set up Mondail Relay in yayloh, send the following information to support@yayloh.com :
Step 1: Identify Your MR API Version
Before submitting your integration request, confirm with your MR Account Manager to determine whether your account uses API V1 or API V2.
Step 2: Gather Your Required Credentials.
For API V1 Accounts
Merchant_ID (Alphanumeric)
Private Key
Example return shipping label
Countries where we enable shipping label generation.
Countries where we block shipping label generation (Optional)
For API V2 Accounts
API_BRAND_ID (Alphanumeric)
API_LOGIN (e.g. XYZ@business-api.mondialrelay.com)
API_PASSWORD

Countries where we enable shipping label generation.

Note- Check the countries listed in your Mondail Relay account set up. yayloh will be able to generate shipping labels only for those countries.
