To set up a UPS account on yayloh for return shipping label generation, we need your account credentials. yayloh connects with your UPS account with the help of an access token and entirely depends on your account setup. However, if you have an independent Webshipper (Read more) or Unifaun (Read more) we can use them for label generation.
To set up a UPS account in yayloh, send the following information to support@yayloh.com :

Check the countries listed in your UPS account setup. yayloh will be able to generate shipping labels only for those countries.
On February 8, 2024, from 12:30 to 13:00 GMT+1, Webshipper's UPS carrier integration will be updated to require OAuth-enabled API keys for login and shipment booking.
Create UPS Client ID and Secret ID
To ensure a smooth transition, follow this step-by-step guide:
Access the UPS Developer Portal: developer.ups.com
Add a New App:
Go to 'Apps' in your profile menu and click 'Add Apps'.
Choose 'I want to integrate UPS technology into my business' and select the relevant UPS Account.
Enter your Contact Details as needed.
Select API Products:
Enable the following: Shipping, Tracking, Paperless Documents, Time in Transit, Locator, Pickup, Rating.
Ensure OAuth is selected (it should be non-removable).
Retrieve Credentials:
Once saved, you’ll receive the Client ID and Client Secret. Copy and share them with yayloh team immediately.
