This feature allows you to filter return requests based on a custom list of order IDs or tracking IDs in one go from the Manage tab.

In this article:

Filtering Return Requests by Order ID or Tracking ID

  1. From the yayloh dashboard, choose the 'Manage' tab in the sidebar.

  2. Click on the 'Custom list' in the upper right corner.

  3. Enter multiple order IDs or Tracking numbers, separated by commas (,).

    Click on 'Add'.

  4. A list of valid IDs will appear below as they are added.

Note: Ensure the IDs are correct. Read below for handling incorrect IDs

  5. Click on 'Filter by' to apply the filter and go to 'Manage custom list' view.

  6. The filtered results will appear under the 'Manage Custom List' view.

Exporting CSV

CSV files are useful for importing and exporting data, especially for reporting purposes. You can view/edit a CSV file using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or upload them to your reporting tools. Here’s how to export filtered data:

  1. On the 'Custom List' page, click on 'Export CSV' to download the list of found orders or not found.

  2. This downloads a file with found or not-found orders, respectively.

Handling Incorrect IDs in the Custom List

Make sure to add correct IDs; otherwise, the order will not be found. See below

  • Incorrect IDs will not appear in the filtered list.

  • The system displays a 'Not Found' Count for the invalid IDs, helping you quickly identify issues.
