This feature filters return requests based on a custom list of order IDs or tracking IDs in one go from the yayloh dashboard.

You will find in this article:

  1. Filtering return requests based on order ID or Tracking ID

  2. Exporting CSV

Filtering return requests based on order ID or Tracking ID:

  1. Open the yayloh dashboard and select “manage”.

  2. Click on the “Custom list” from the upper right corner.

  3. Add multiple order IDs or Tracking numbers by using comma (,) as a separator. Click on “Add”.

  4. You can see these “Order IDs” in the list below as they are added.

Note- Make sure to add correct IDs. Click here for more information.

  5. Click on “Filter by”.

  6. Find only selected return requests in ”Manage custom list”.

Exporting CSV

You can view/edit a CSV file using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. CSV files are mainly used for importing and exporting information; for example, you can upload them to your reporting tools.

There are two ways to download CSV files while using a custom list:

  1. First, by clicking on export CSV, you can download the list of orders found or not found.

  2. Find the CSV.

  3. Second, you can download CSV by clicking “CSV” on the “manage custom list” page.

  4. Find the CSV with all information about orders.

Wrong ID’s in Custom List

Make sure to add correct IDs; otherwise, the order will not be found. See below

  • If you add any wrong Order ID or Tracking number, it will not show in the list.

  • You see here wrong order ID is not in the list along with the Count of ‘Not found’ Order IDs.
