Connect Centra to yayloh, so yayloh can import your orders, products, customers, refunds and shipments. You'll create three plugins in Centra and share their details with us.

Send them to support@yayloh.com, and we'll configure the integration.

Before you start: add a plugin in Centra

You'll repeat these steps for each of the three plugins:

Log in to Centra and go to System > Stores.
Click View next to the retail store you want to connect.
In the pane on the right, scroll down to Plugins and click Add new plugin method.

Step 1: Shop API

Choose Shop API as the plugin and set the status to Active.
Name it, for example "yayloh-shop-api".
Set the URI to yayloh_shop_api.
Keep the default settings, or select at least: Image sizes Thumb, Required fields All, Warehouses All.
Check that a secret key is generated. If not, enter a random 16-character string of letters and numbers.
Save, then copy the full URL and the secret key. Check that the URL ends with yayloh_shop_api.

Step 2: Order API

Add a new plugin, choose Order API and set the status to Active.
Name it, for example "yayloh-order-api".
Set the URI to yayloh_order_api.
Keep the default settings, or select at least: Markets All, Get orders with status All, Allow access to the endpoint All.
Check that a secret key is generated. If not, enter a random 16-character string of letters and numbers.
Save, then copy the full URL and the secret key. Check that the URL ends with yayloh_order_api.

Each plugin needs its own URL. Make sure the Shop API and Order API URLs end with yayloh_shop_api and yayloh_order_api, so they don't clash with other integrations.

Step 3: Centra webhook

Add a new plugin, choose Centra webhook and set the status to Active.
Name it, for example "yayloh-webhook".
Enter this Webhook URL, replacing accountname with your brand name:
https://prod-webhook-centra-accountname.yayloh.com/webhook/order/update/
For example, for the brand "mybrand": https://prod-webhook-centra-mybrand.yayloh.com/webhook/order/update/
Set the Version to Integration API.
Under event triggers, set Order and Shipment to Yes, and all others to No.
Save, then copy the webhook URL and the secret key.

Already connected to yayloh? Open your yayloh webhook in Centra and set Shipment to Yes, next to Order. yayloh then imports the carrier and service name for all new shipments.
