yayloh VIP Segments will allow the retailer to provide a better return experience to their VIP customers. Retailers can offer value-added return services by defining and configuring VIP customers in yayloh back office.


How to set up VIP segments?

Currently, VIP segments are set by yayloh support team. Reach out to us via support@yayloh.com. yayloh will set it up on your back end.

Available configuration metrics:

The VIP segment is currently configured based on below metrics:

  • Number of orders

  • Revenue

  • Customer active since

  • Last order size

  • Number of returns

Use cases for VIP Segments:

  • Automated or faster refunds

  • Extended return period.
