📝 Overview

In Yoom, each plan comes with a limit on how many tasks you can execute. You can easily check your task count in the bottom left sidebar of your workspace screen.

This article explains what happens when you exceed your task limit.

🧐 What Happens When the Task Limit is Exceeded

Flowbot in Progress

If the task execution limit is exceeded while a Flowbot is running, don’t worry—the Flowbot will continue to run until it either finishes or encounters an error. However, once the limit is exceeded, you won't be able to start any new Flowbots.

📋 Form Trigger

If you've exceeded your task limit, form submissions will no longer be possible. So, no new form responses can be processed.

🤖 App Triggers / Database Triggers / Email Triggers / Schedule Triggers

When your task limit is exceeded, Flowbots triggered by these actions won’t start.

🤝 Data Connect

Once you've hit the task limit, updates through Data Connect won't go through whether manual or automatic.
