This article explains when you will receive notifications regarding your task execution limits, and how these notifications are delivered based on your plan.


🔔 Notification Types & Timing

Regular Notification

  • Applicable Plan: Paid Plans

  • Timing: On the 16th of every month

  • Contact Method: Email

  • Recipient: Administrator

Notification Just Before Exceeding

  • Applicable Plan: Paid Plans

  • Timing: When remaining tasks are 1,000 or fewer, or 100 or fewer

  • Contact Methods: Email, Slack (if configure), Chatwork (if configured)

  • Recipient: Administrator

Notification After Exceeding

  • Applicable Plan: Paid Plans & Free Plans

  • Timing: When the maximum number of tasks is exceeded

  • Contact Methods: Email, Slack (if configured), Chatwork (if configured)

  • Recipient: Administrator


🤷‍♀️ What Happens When the Task Limit Exceeds

Flowbot

If te task limit exceeds, it will continue until the current Flowbot finishes. However, the next Flowbot will not start until the task limit is reset.

Data Connect

If the task limit exceeds during task execution, Data Connect actions will not be executed.
