How do I lock my card to prevent it from being used? And how do I unlock it again?

To stop your card being used, open the Zable app, tap Card at the bottom of the screen, then tap Freeze card and confirm. Freezing your card stops all in-store, online and ATM transactions.

To use your card again, follow the same steps and tap Unfreeze.
