1. How do I join Zant as a coach?
Start with an intake or demo call so we can learn about your practice and ensure alignment. After completing our intake form, you’ll be invited to join the platform and begin setup.
2. What does the $299 onboarding fee include?
Hands-on support with: Profile creation, Stripe setup, Calendar and conferencing integrations, Customized event types and session pricing, and hands on support along the way. We set up the foundation of your profile and help guide you in customizing it from there.
3. What’s the commission structure?
zant charges 20% commission until you reach $60K in total client earnings. After that, it drops to 10%. We cover all Stripe processing fees, so your actual take-home is 80–90%.
4. Can I set my own pricing and schedule?
Yes! You have full control over your availability, session types, pricing, and packages.
5. What is concierge matching and can I opt out?
When you're in the marketplace, you’re eligible for client matches through our concierge service or those who search our marketplace and have interest in booking a session. You’ll be contacted by email anytime someone messages or books with you. You can opt out anytime by contacting our team.
6. How do I know when a client books or messages me?
You’ll receive an email notification, and your synced calendar will auto-update with the session block and send calendar invitations. Messaging alerts also come via email.
7. What tools are supported on Zant?
Calendar: Google, Outlook, Apple
Video: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Cal Video (Zoom Pro alternative)
Payments: Stripe Connect (fully integrated)
8. How do cancellations and no-shows work?
Clients pay upfront. If they miss a session, it's considered fulfilled unless they request a refund- which is also fully up to you to offer or deny. You can reschedule using your calendar invite or zant dashboard.
9. Are there response time expectations?
We recommend responding to client messages within 24 hours for the best results. It’s not enforced, but faster replies = higher booking conversions.
