1. What is Zant?
Zant is a platform that helps you find and book certified coaches in leadership, life, business, and more. Create a free account, browse coach profiles, and book sessions directly from our marketplace. We also offer a concierge matching service if you’d like help finding the right fit.

2. Do I need an account to use Zant?
Yes! To view profiles, message a coach, or book a session, you must create a free account at user.zant.app.

3. How much do coaching sessions cost?
It varies by coach. Most sessions average $125, though some coaches offer options as low as $50. Executive-level coaching can range from $250–$550/session. Some coaches also offer 4-session packages, custom programs, and more.

4. How does the concierge matching work?
For a one-time fee of $125, we match you with 3 ideal coaches, set up one free consult with each, and handle all scheduling. We often run special offers that may reduce the fee.

5. Can I talk to a coach before booking?
Yes. You can message any coach directly through their Zant profile to ask questions before booking.

6. How do I pay for a session?
Payment is required upfront at booking. You can pay by debit/credit card, bank transfer, or flexible payment options like Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay. If you'd like to use another method (cash, check, etc.), discuss it directly with your coach.

7. What happens after my session?
You can rebook the same coach anytime through their profile. Some coaches offer recurring sessions or packages. A review feature is coming soon!

8. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can reschedule easily via your calendar invite. If you miss your session without notifying your coach, no refund is guaranteed, but reach out directly if needed.
