The Clients page is your central hub for managing relationships with everyone you coach. Track progress, review history, take notes, and stay organized with all your coaching relationships in one place.

Client List Views

Active Clients

Your current coaching relationships

  • Shows all clients with upcoming or recent sessions

  • Quick access to client profiles

  • Sort by name, last session date, or total sessions

Archived Clients

Past coaching relationships

  • Clients you no longer actively coach

  • Maintains historical records

  • Can be reactivated if client returns

Client Profile Information

What You'll See

Contact Details

  • Full name or alias (if client prefers privacy)

  • Email address

  • Timezone

  • Profile photo

Professional Info

  • Current role and title

  • Industry

  • Leadership level

  • Company (if applicable)

Coaching Details

  • Primary goals

  • Current hurdles/challenges

  • Preferred coaching style

  • Organization affiliation (enterprise/VC fund)

Client Goals

Goal Tracking

  • View all client-set goals

  • Progress percentage on each goal

  • Target completion dates

  • Goal status (not started, in progress, achieved, archived)

  • Link sessions to specific goals

Adding Progress Notes

  • Document goal progress after sessions

  • Client can see your notes

  • Helps maintain accountability

Session History

View Past Sessions

  • Complete list of all sessions with this client

  • Session dates, duration, and status

  • Your coaching notes from each session

  • Client preparation notes

  • Linked goals addressed

Session Insights

Your Personal Notes

  • Only visible to you

Best Practices

Inviting New Clients

Invitation Options

Option 1: Marketplace Access (Default) Client can:

  • Book sessions with you

  • Browse and book with other coaches if desired

  • Access full Zant marketplace

  • Manage their own schedule

Option 2: Restricted Access Client can ONLY:

  • Book sessions with you

  • No marketplace access

  • Ideal for: enterprise clients, private arrangements

How to Invite

  1. Click Invite Client button

  2. Enter client email address

  3. Choose access level (marketplace or restricted)

  4. Add optional welcome message

  5. Set allocated budget (for enterprise clients)

  6. Click Send Invitation

What Happens Next

  • Client receives email invitation

  • They create Zant account

  • Profile automatically linked to you

  • They can immediately book sessions

Client Management Actions

From Client List

Quick Actions Available:

  • View full profile

  • See session history

  • Send message

  • Schedule new session

  • Add notes

  • Archive client

Archive vs. Delete

Archive:

  • Preserves all history

  • Client can't book new sessions

  • Can be reactivated later

  • Recommended for inactive clients

Delete:

  • Not available (preserves records)

  • Use archive instead

Enterprise & VC Fund Clients

Special Considerations

Budget Tracking

  • See allocated budget per client

  • Track budget utilization

  • Remaining balance visible

  • Deadline for budget use

Organization Affiliation

  • Identifies which company/fund

  • May have specific terms or restrictions

  • Payment handled by organization

Restricted Marketplace

  • Many enterprise clients can only book with you

  • Set at invitation or profile level

  • Maintains company coaching programs
