Q: Why can't I see any following actions on some of my prospects?

A: Because there are no planned actions for those prospects. The reason why there are no planned actions for those prospects is because of their state:

  • Queued: Prospect is queued to be reached out to.

  • Finished: All actions have already been sent.

  • Replied: Prospect has replied. No more actions will be sent.

  • Failed: The system has recognized an outreach issue.
