Q: Why does it say that there is a next action planned for a prospect that has already replied?

A: This is because statuses and statistics can be delayed depending on how long it is to the next planned action. We check if the prospect has replied right before the next action takes place.

For example: Prospect replied to e-mail 1 on a Monday and email 2 is scheduled to be delivered the following Thursday, this means that we will not detect the reply until right before we send email 2 on Thursday since it is by then we check if the prospect has replied or not. This means that the prospect will have a scheduled action until Thursday and will then be moved to "replied" without receiving the email 2 of course.
