The new Zaplify changes how you do outreach by moving away from automated, generic campaigns to fully personalized outreach. Instead of doing outreach through campaigns, you'll be using our new messenger that will assist you in when and how to reach out to prospects. All in a combined email + LinkedIn interface.

How to get started

1. Go through the flow for turning on the new Zaplify.

Tips:

- Our AI will use your domain to analyze your business, both for generating messages and finding a good target group.

- The purpose will impact how messages are generated and your target group.

- The preferred language to reach out in will impact how messages are generated.

2. Move prospects from your old campaigns to the new Zaplify

If you want to reach out to your old prospects you can always move them from your old campaigns to the messenger. Full guide to moving prospects here.

3. Add new prospects.

You can always add more prospects using the prospect search. Full guide to adding prospects here.

4. Get familiar with the messenger

Now that you have your prospects and pre-generated messages, you're ready to go. Just hit the blue send button, and your journey with Zaplify has started. Full guide to the messenger here.

5. Configure your playbooks

To make our AI generate better messages and prospect suggestions, as well as organize your contacts in a better way, you should configure playbooks.
