If the payout is not repaid and the employee is still employed, the deduction will persist in the system for the next payroll run. Your employees can also choose to make a manual repayment to quicken the process. If the employee is no longer employed, the employee will receive some communication from ZayZoon offering a link to repay their payout(s) via a different method. If there is any loss at all, ZayZoon absorbs it. The repayment is not a liability for the employer or payroll provider.
