Repayments happen automatically on the backend by our API with your payroll provider, meaning, this process is entirely automated and hands off for you! No approvals, tracking or uploading reports is required by you. If you run into a situation where you have terminated an employee and are afraid they will continue taking ZayZoon payouts before their termination is reflected on our system, please disable their account on your Employer Portal.
