Contact ZayZoon
If your device is lost, stolen, or compromised, contact ZayZoon Support within 24-48 hours of discovering the loss or any unauthorized activity.
Under our Terms of Service, you are required to notify us immediately if your device is lost or stolen or if you suspect unauthorized access. Delays in reporting may limit our ability to investigate and could result in a denial of reimbursement or refund.
You can reach us through the in-app chat, by emailing support@zayzoon.com, or by using any available device - including a borrowed phone, tablet, or computer. Loss of your own device does not remove your obligation to report, as alternative contact methods are available.
Secure Your Device and Account
If your device has a passcode, Face ID, or fingerprint lock, your ZayZoon account should not be accessible to someone without that credential. If your device was not secured at the time of loss, please be aware that ZayZoon's review will take this into account when assessing your claim.
We strongly recommend enabling biometric or passcode lock on your device at all times to protect your account.
Secure Your Email Account
Your email address is used to access and verify your ZayZoon account. If someone gains access to your email, they may also be able to access your ZayZoon profile.
We strongly recommend you:
Change your email password immediately
Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) on your email account
Review your email account for any unfamiliar login activity
Update Your ZayZoon Password
If you can still access your ZayZoon account, update your password right away and ensure it is unique (not reused across other apps or websites).
Review Your Account Activity
Once you have secured your access, check for any activity you do not recognize, including:
New payout methods or cards added
Unexpected payouts
Change of contact information, such as email or phone number
File a Police Report
If your device was stolen or unauthorized transactions occurred, a police report is required to proceed with an investigation. The report should include:
Dates and amounts of disputed activity
Confirmation that your ZayZoon account was accessed without authorization
A statement that your device was lost or stolen (including dates and location of loss)
Any suspected individuals, if applicable
Prevent Future Account Risk
To reduce the risk of unauthorized access, we recommend:
Never share your login credentials
Using strong passwords and MFA wherever possible
Keeping your phone locked with a passcode or biometric security
Reporting suspicious activity as soon as it occurs
