What is a One-Time Passcode?

ZayZoon uses a One-Time Passcode (OTP) as a form of Multi-Factor Authentication as a passcode is issued to the phone number or email address tied to your account

An One-Time Passcodeis an automatically generated unique code that is valid for one login session.

Why use a One-Time Passcode?

An One-Time Passcode minimizes the risk of any compromised passwords, hacking, or phishing by ensuring that the user signing in has access to the email or phone number associated with the account.

The One-Time Passcode allows you to be informed of every sign-in attempt and update your information if you have any security concerns. Make sure to use a strong and unique password for your account to protect your wages!

Why does ZayZoon need to verify my phone number?

To protect your account and your money, ZayZoon uses a One-Time Passcode (OTP) sent to your phone number or email address.

When you sign up for ZayZoon, you will need to verify your phone number and email address to ensure your account and money remain protected.

How does my One-Time Passcode work?

You'll be prompted to provide a One-Time Passcode after signing in with your email and password to your ZayZoon account:

  1. Select whether you'd like the OTP to be sent to your email or phone.

  2. Click Send Code.

  3. A 6-digit passcode will be sent to your email or phone number. This passcode will be valid for 120 seconds.

  4. Enter the 6-digit passcode in the ZayZoon app or desktop site.

You can opt out of providing the OTP for 30 days by checking the box "Don't ask me again on this device for 30 days" before submitting your passcode.
