What happens if I send a payout to the wrong wallet or account?

If you send a payout to the wrong wallet or account, it cannot be changed once it has been processed.

Why can’t it be changed?

Once your payout request is confirmed, the funds are immediately sent to your selected financial institution. At that point, we’re unable to cancel, update, or reroute the payout.

What can I do?

  • Double-check the wallet or account details you used

  • Contact your bank or wallet provider as soon as possible for assistance

What if the account is closed or invalid?

If the account is no longer active, the funds are typically returned automatically.

  • Returns usually take 5–7 business days

  • Timing may vary depending on your financial institution
