Your ZayZoon home page or My Balance page can help you better understand where your payout is based on the Payout Status.
Payout Status | What it means |
Disbursed | The funds have been received by the institution/wallet. This is an estimated time frame. |
Disbursal Pending | Your payout request is being reviewed. This may include review of your Proof of Work documents to confirm your continued employment. |
Disbursal Failed* | The transaction was unsuccessful and the funds could not be deposited to the desired wallet. |
Cancelled | There was an issue in processing your payout request, so the transaction was cancelled. The funds were returned to your Wages Available.
You can request another payout once the transaction has been cancelled. |
Unreconciled* | There was an issue processing your request. The system is unable to confirm whether the funds have gone through.
In most cases, the payout will be cancelled. You can try again once the payout has been cancelled. |
