How do I add a wallet?

Whenever you request a new payout, you'll be prompted to choose the wallet where you want to receive funds.

Click Add a new wallet during this part of the payout process to add a wallet.


You can also add a wallet from your Profile at any time by tapping More in the ZayZoon app and clicking Wallets.

How do I disable a wallet?

You can have multiple active wallets at a time. However, if you're concerned about the security of a wallet (ex. if you're going on vacation), you can disable your wallet to prevent payouts.

Disabling a wallet will only disable payouts to that wallet. The wallet will still remain registered to your account.

If you'd like for a wallet entry to be deleted, please contact our team via chat during operating hours.


To disable a wallet, in the ZayZoon app (Google Play | App Store):

  1. Tap the three dots for More

  2. Tap Wallets

  3. Click the Disable icon under each wallet.

On the desktop site, click on your initials, then the Wallets tab, then Disable for the specific wallet.

How do I re-enable a disabled wallet?

Disabling a wallet will prevent you from being able to access payouts with that wallet. Disabled wallets will remain registered to your wallet but will show as disabled in your list of wallets.

You can click the Re-enable button on the disabled wallet to begin using the wallet for payouts.

Wallets that were disabled before December 2025 will not appear in the Wallets section of your Profile.

How do I update my wallet information or delete my wallet?

Once a wallet is registered to your account, the wallet information cannot be updated. This wallet will remain stored in the system, even if you disable the wallet.
