Setting up a Debit Card Wallet (Instant Bank Deposit)

Set up your Debit Card Wallet in just a few simple steps

Adding your Debit Card just takes a few easy steps!

Step 1: Log in to ZayZoon

Step 2: In your mobile app, go to 'More' and 'Wallets'

Step 3: Click on the '+' to add a new wallet

Step 4: Select the type of wallet (Instant Bank Deposit) and click 'Next'

Step 5: Enter your card number and expiry date, and click 'Save'

When you request a payout, select your debit card from the options in your wallet.

Not All Debit Cards are Supported

A note for when you add your card - not all Debit Cards are supported by the system. If you receive an error such as "This card is not supported"- you will not be able to utilize that particular Debit Card and will need to try another Debit Card or an alternate dispersal Wallet.

It Says My Card is Already Registered

If you are adding your debit card and you receive a message stating that your card is already registered, you will need to contact the Customer Care team to have them re-enable your debit card. Please reach out and provide the last 4 digits of the card you wish to add and the expiry date.
