After you have completed signing up for ZayZoon, you can request a payout through your Payouts tab (on the mobile app) or your Dashboard (desktop).

Mobile App
To request a payout on the mobile app:
Select the Payouts tab and enter or select your desired amount between the minimum ($20) and the maximum amount shown.
Add a wallet or select a wallet you'd like to use to receive funds.
Note: you can also change the amount of your payout at this step by clicking the Change Amount button.
Review the payout request and click the checkbox to accept the terms and select Transfer Now.
Desktop
To request a payout on the desktop site:
Select the Dashboard tab.
Enter or select an amount between the minimum ($20) and the maximum amount available.
Add a wallet or select a wallet you'd like to use to receive funds.
Note: you can also change the amount of your payout at this step by clicking the Change Amount button.
Review the payout request and click the checkbox to accept the terms and select Transfer Now.
Unable to take a payout?
We know how important it is to access funds when you need it. Some common reasons you may not be able to currently take a payout:
We're missing information (earnings, attendances) from your payroll provider to provide an available balance. This usually resolves within a few days.
We need sufficient confirmation of your employment to approve your advance (Proof of Work documents)
Your account may be disabled - check out this article for more information.
